Painter/ Blaster Foreman $20.00 hour $250.00 per diem

An established marine and industrial contractor is seeking an experienced Painter/Blaster Foreman to lead a short-term project in Everett, Washington. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing blasting and painting operations while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew performing abrasive blasting and industrial painting
• Perform hands-on blasting and painting as needed
• Oversee work on scaffolding and ensure compliance with all safety procedures
• Coordinate daily tasks to keep the project on schedule
• Monitor quality of surface preparation and coating application
• Ensure proper use of equipment, materials, and PPE
• Communicate effectively with project management and crew members

Project Details

• Blast and paint a marine caisson
• Apply Fast Clad industrial coating system
• Work will be performed from scaffolding

• Previous experience as Painter/Blaster Foreman or Crew Lead required.
• Strong industrial blasting and coating experience.
• Comfortable working on scaffolding and at heights.
• Marine, shipyard, or heavy industrial experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and safety mindset.
• Ability to pass any required pre-employment screening.
