Licensed Journeyman Electricians - Direct Hire
Santa Teresa, New Mexico

We are seeking Licensed Journeyman Electricians for a long-term, direct-hire opportunity on a major mission-critical facility in Santa Teresa, NM.
Project Schedule
- Schedule: 6 days/week, 10-hour shifts
- Overtime: All overtime paid at Double Time (DT)
- Duration: Long-term project expected to run through the end of 2027
- Employment Type: Direct Hire with our client
Primary Responsibilities
- Install EMT, RMC, PVC conduit, cable tray, and support systems.
- Pull, route, terminate, and test power and control wiring.
- Install switchgear, transformers, panelboards, disconnects, and electrical distribution equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, one-line diagrams, and electrical schematics.
- Assist with equipment installation, startup, and commissioning.
Requirements
- Current New Mexico Journeyman Electrician License OR eligible for New Mexico license reciprocity from a qualifying state.
- Applicants pursuing reciprocity may begin work while their New Mexico license is being processed.
- The project allows qualified electricians to work for up to 30 days during the licensing process, provided proof of the reciprocity application has been submitted.
- Minimum 4+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Experience with conduit installation, cable tray, wire pulling, terminations, and electrical equipment installation.
- Must have standard electrician hand tools.
- Ability to work a 6-day/10-hour schedule with all overtime paid at Double Time (DT).
- Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings and project onboarding.
