TRAVELING CONSTRUCTION LABORER
Full-Time | Nationwide Travel Required
We are a growing construction company with a steady pipeline of projects across multiple states. We are looking for dependable, hard-working individuals who are comfortable working on the road for extended periods. We have a niche market for doing navigational aid work for the FAA across the country. A good portion of our work is performed in the central, western and southern part of the country.
This is a traveling position. You will be moving from project to project with our crew.
- Travel is consistent throughout the year
- Hours: 40/week (4-10's)
- You MUST be able to pass a federal background check
Traveling Construction Laborers:
- Assist with general construction tasks
- Load/unload materials
- Maintain clean and safe job site
- Support skilled trades as needed
- Adheres to all company, local, state, and federal safety standards and regulations
- Ensure daily work flow and schedules
- Understand project specs and drawings to ensure quality control
- Work hands-on alongside crew and follow instructions
- Adheres to all company, local, state, and federal safety standards and regulations
What We're Looking For
Willingness to travel extensively is a must. Reliable and shows up ready to work. Basic construction knowledge is preferred, along with basic hand tools for use on construction sites. Specialty tools will be provided by the company. Must be able to adapt to different job sites, projects and locations, and have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Bonus if you have:
- Some experience across multiple trades
- Previous traveling construction experience
- The ability to follow directions and lead when needed
