We are hiring experienced welders for full-time shop work fabricating ASME code pressure vessels and industrial equipment that power industries, support infrastructure, and keep everyday life moving.

What You Will Do

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on ASME pressure vessels and components
• Use both manual and semi-automated welding equipment
• Weld pipe and structural components to code requirements
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
• Fit, align, and assemble components prior to welding
• Inspect welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications

Location

Shop-based role in Winterville, NC with no travel required. Future additional facility currently being built in Farmville, NC with expected completion Fall 2026.

• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols.
• Strong attention to detail and weld quality.
• Ability to pass a weld test: MIG and TIG carbon plate 2G and 3G required; TIG carbon pipe 6G preferred.
• 2+ years of welding experience preferred.
• Experience with ASME code welding preferred.
• Background in pressure vessel or process equipment fabrication preferred.
• Experience with pipe welding and fabrication preferred.
