Electrician - Semiconductor Facility Tool Hookup
Responsibilities
- Install and terminate conduit, cable tray, wiring, panels, and disconnects
- Perform tool power hookups and electrical connections
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
- Support UPS systems, grounding/bonding, control wiring, and low-voltage systems
- Assist with equipment startup, testing, and commissioning
- Ensure compliance with NEC and project specifications
Requirements
- Must be licensed in the state of Texas OR the state of Texas will recognize Journeyman electrician licenses from the following states: Alaska, Arkansas, Idaho, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma, South Dakota, and Wyoming
- Must be able to pass background and drug screening
- Journeyman Electrician license preferred
- Experience in semiconductor, industrial, mission-critical, or high-tech construction preferred
- Skilled in conduit bending, terminations, and equipment installation
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
- Cleanroom experience a plus
- Ability to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed
- Semiconductor fab or tool hookup projects
- Cleanroom electrical installations
- Data centers, industrial automation, or high-purity manufacturing
