Installation of AS/RS.

• Check of Installation Reference Center
• Ink Marking, Anchor Drilling based on anchor arrangement plan, and level measurement
• Carry in and unloading
• Rack Erection
• Erection Accuracy Check
• Upper Rail Installation
• Travel Rail Installation
• S/R Machine Installation
• P&D Stand/Shuttle Cart Installation
• Guard Fence Installation

• Only apply if you have a current TIG certification.
• Must have current TIG weld cert.
• OSHA for construction.
• Pass drug test.
• Pass background check.
• Required Tool List: C-Clamps (Various Sizes, at least 2 bessey clamps recommended).
• Required Tool List: Vice Grips (Regular, long-nose, welding clamps).
• Required Tool List: Center Punch.
• Required Tool List: Level.
• Required Tool List: Metric and SAE tape measures.
• Required Tool List: Combo Square.
• Required Tool List: Scribe or metal marker.
• Required Tool List: Welding Hood NO SOFT HOODS.
