Journeyman Electrician

Position Summary

360X Staffing is hiring for Journeyman Electricians in Cedar Creek, TX.

We are seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians to join a large-scale commercial electrical construction project in Cedar Creek, TX. Candidates should possess strong commercial electrical experience, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently while supporting project schedules and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations in accordance with NEC, OSHA, and local code requirements.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, sketches, and project plans to determine installation methods and material requirements.
• Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install EMT, IMC, and rigid conduit systems.
• Install cable tray, duct banks, supports, and electrical raceways.
• Pull wire and cable, make terminations, and connect electrical equipment and lighting systems.
• Install and secure control equipment, panels, and power distribution apparatus.
• Perform testing, startup, troubleshooting, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Diagnose and repair defective electrical equipment and systems.

• 5+ years of commercial electrical construction experience.
• Strong understanding of NEC requirements and OSHA safety standards.
• Experience with conduit installation, wire pulling, terminations, troubleshooting, and equipment installation.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints.
• Proficient with electrical hand tools, power tools, hydraulic, pneumatic, and testing equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working from ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, and elevated work platforms.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.
