Welding QA/QC - CWI - Rincon, GA

Trillium needs a Welding QA/QC - CWI in Rincon, GA.

Responsibilities

• Storage tanks QA/QC - CWI
• Must review materials for verification of proper material being used, including Material Test Reports, weld rod, weld gasses, welding processes, and welder qualifications to determine if the welder is qualified for the welding process, as well keep a current weld map and continuity log.
• Inspect welders while work is in progress

• Must have Journeyman level skill with ability to perform the following weld processes: SMAW, GTAW, GMAW and FCAW
• Must be a Certified Weld Inspector or hold the AWS QCI certification for welding
• Must be able to pass a post hire physical verifying ability to perform essential functions of job, as well as a substance abuse test whenever required by the customers.
