360X Staffing is hiring for Installation Technicians in Rockville, VA.
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Technicians with strong mechanical and technical skills to lead the assembly, installation, and validation of manual and automated workstations. This role is critical for ensuring that complex equipment and fixtures are installed to exact project specifications in high-volume distribution environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Precision Assembly: Perform high-volume installation and assembly of workstations and components, ensuring all work meets specific technical drawings and blueprints.
- Technical Installation: Securely anchor and fasten equipment to various surfaces and substrates per project requirements.
- System Validation: Use hardware and software tools to perform quality control measures, validate installations, and report progress.
- System Maintenance: Troubleshoot workstation issues during the install phase and apply 5S standards (labels, stickers, and tape) to maintain organization and safety.
- Compliance: Ensure all workmanship meets high-quality standards and specific project safety requirements.
Working Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Working Hours: 50+ hours per week
Requirements
- Technical Proficiency: Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Attention to Detail: High level of precision in manual assembly and component integration.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using software for reporting progress and performing digital quality checks.
- Flexibility: Ability to work occasional Saturdays as project timelines require.
- Physical Capability: Comfortable performing physical installation tasks on various industrial surfaces.
